There is an application in for Old Havana at 6 High Street (which was the short lived and rarely visited Hashery until recently and before that Bella Italia).
All I can glean is that Old Havana currently operate one outlet in Wind Street so I will assume they will be specialising in rum heavy cocktails. This would make High Street the epicentre of a cocktail 'scene' what with the Libertine, Gin and Juice, Nest, Pennyroyals, the Alchemist and an outlet that is called Fly by Night but hasn't opened yet despite various individuals pottering around inside for the last 6 months or so. Also Barkers are turning the front part of the coffee shop fronting High Street into an outlet called Rum and Fizz. I'm no expert but I'm guessing rum and prosecco may feature heavily on the drinks menu.
