What's the rationale behind that disparity. Both are pretty much identical short sections of dualed carriageway, separated by a similarly sized roundabout, aren't they?

They know its going to be queued most of the time, so why even bother with speed limits.

The Newport road southern relief road is great smashing dual carriage with 30mph zones and enough roundabouts to ensure at least one HGV topples over every month.

Does anyone know if the link was used over the weekend to transport coaches. Original plan was to have it open for trial runs of selected coaches before the general public opening - which must be soon.
