Planning app for 630 houses plus a primary school at Radyr adjacent to Llantrissant road.

someguy seems the most sensible poster on there. I am pretty sure that when deciding planning applications, officers have to consider the proliferation of public transport and if its ample, as in this case, then car users interests aren't taken into account (quite correctly). as we all know, car users are the problem and if you want the luxury of driving a car rather than getting off your arse and walking ten minutes to a train station or bus stop, then you have to tolerate traffic
