Architect's drawing of proposal for the land next to the Senedd. That's big.

Surely this can't be an actual project for anyone though ? Or am I dreaming ?

Edit : I'm sure the architect concerned (Nicholas Socrates) has posted on this forum (or at least the old one) previously.
I wonder if he visits enough to comment on this ?

Speculative I think, if we get anything nearly as good looking as this Ill be amazed!
How would the Welsh Assembly feel about something this tall next to the Senedd?

Actually, this is a Cardiff Waterside plot that was in the running for the BBC Wales relocation isn't it ?

[s]is it though, it said a small parcel of land and I was wondering if it is the really small piece of land between Number 3 and Ty Hywel[/s]

I've just seen the other aspect, this is the plot between The Senedd and Atradius

The tower would look great, maybe 10 or so storeys higher on the scrap land on the opposite side of the road from Radisson and across from John Lewis.

Yes that's the one. I presumed it was part of the Callaghan Square set up?

Think that space is ripe for an interesting tall?
