The Penarth Marine Hotel

It looks like VoG council finally approved full planning permission on 31st Oct 2014 (http://vogonline.planning-register.co.uk/PlaRecord.aspx?AppNo=2011/01177/FUL)

Be nice to see that building made functional again, though have no clue how they will provide parking for all the guests of 55 rooms.

According to the plans there will some sort of multistorey car park around the back of the hotel.

Looks like the owner is hoping for a 2016 start, 2018 completion to the hotel.
I really hope they manage it, it looks like there is a bit of a gap in funding still, but it would be a real shame if that building doesn't become functional again.
