if it's about Cardiff.. Sport, Entertainment, Transportation, Business, Development Projects, Leisure, Eating, Drinking, Nightlife, Shopping, Train Spotting! etc.. then we want it here!
I dunno. People in Rhondda, Pontypridd (I guess the North rather than the East), might go via J34 link (either coming over Tonyrefail or Church Village way). And if I was in Newport, would I rather come off J33 or J34? I don't know... whatever is signposted I bet.
The A4232 can be a pain as well at times, as can Culverhouse Cross. Coming off at J34 might work for a few from the East if they are familiar with the area.
Take a look at the map. They label the route where the road passes to the west of Pendoylan as the eastern route, and vice versa.
I know they are time pressured but they forget their own articles, can't write decent English, get their numbers muddled up, and now don't know East from West.
I was on the plane. There was some 280 seats available. Business class was full (no upgrades) and economy sold majority. Odd empty seat here and there. Not full but decent I'd say.
Good to hear it was busy, there's every reason for it to be successful. It's the only flight to the Middle East west of Heathrow and has a massive catchment area. Let's hope it attracts more airlines to CWL.
They have done a great job of marketing this route. Something Flybe needs to learn from. And if this proves successful, I don't see why an airline like Delta can't be convinced to set up shop to a US hub like Atlanta. This would had never happened without Welsh Government owning the airport, for once they did something worthwhile.
