May 19 isn't far away at all. This is a major development after all.

Can confirm unconfirmed plans, currently propose a very tall (perhaps the tallest Wales has seen so far), building on this development.

Very interesting!!
and judging from renders we've seen there's certainly 2 or 3 substantial towers planned - but over 107metres? well that's interesting, but I'm afraid we need more info on this - if you please...

Well hopefully so, but I've been keeping an eye on any demolition activity and can't see anything happening as yet? All these things take time it seems and to us observers everything seems to happen a bit later than originally proposed!! I'm still wondering when the customhouse st. premier inn is gonna get going? and for now at least I've given up on the tall tower on that road :|

I can't quite remember what the plan was, but are the first buildings (The Ledger) and Multi-storey car park on what is currently brewery land or the surface car park?

They're on the car park so they could start any time without the need for any demolitions. I should imagine they'll proceed with the brewery demolition as soon as Brains have their new brewery up and running,

Well that's good to hear - and as said later in this thread "phase 1" isn't dependent on all of the demolition applied for, so I look forward to construction activity soon. :)
