Looks like a good proposal, bringing more life back into the area.

Always thought the views of fire escapes on James street were unsightly.

Great to have forward facing building when driving in and out of the bay.

And yet a big shame that plans to cover up the brand new mural come along as soon as it's been unveiled. Hopefully this won't get started immediately and the mural gets some time to be seen by the residents of Cardiff.

Looks like some activity down at the old Grangetown gasworks, they had done some piling down there a month or so back but a couple of pre-fab units appeared when I was walking past there last weekend. What are the actual plans for the old Gasworks? Houses?
