Yeah I definitely think it's a heck of a lot better than it slowly deteriorating to the point it falls down or is demolished. OK, it's not the dream use of the building, but it gets mostly restored, and will bring in extra footfall for local businesses. I think the council have waited long enough to give it a restore it and give it a new purpose, sod they need to take this opportunity.
