The Mount Stuart Graving Docks swimming pool & sauna plan seems to be stirring! There's a screening opinion application in last week's planning apps.

This would be epic if it actually happened.

The planning docs have been uploaded for the new County Hall building and the WMC Capella building. Lots of info in there but from the plans, looks like County Hall will need to be demolished before the new building is started.

It actually says the opposite. The new office is built first, starting in early 2027, which will be followed by demolition of old building in 2030. Which will the free up the space to the north for residential and hotel developments.

I like.
Build it and they will come.
Get it wrong and they will fall off.

That makes sense, from the elevations it looked like there was some overlap of the footprints. Maybe I wasn't looking at it properly.
