That's interesting..
The planning app for the BBC building only had the basement of 2 central square as part of it. The rest is subject to a separate application. Rightacres had said they wanted to progress with it quickly, but were keeping their options open. To actually go ahead may suggest they have some keen interest in the build.
And yeah, theres upwards of 200,000 square foot of space above the bus station, with a hefty chunk of office, as well as hotel space there. I had wondered if they would build the bus station, and then leave the upper floors until when demand allowed. Again, maybe signs of relatively healthy demand?
