Do you know if they're Network Rail people or JR Smart's contractors?

I can't tell for sure, but the whole plot is being dug up as if they are getting ready for that April start.

I pass the site most days so I'll keep an eye out. There's just a couple of diggers going about their work clearing earth and concrete. There's no particular colour hi viz being worn and certainly no logos on vans etc. It's as if a kocal contractor had been hired to do site prep or clearance.

Just had an update off one of the guys working there. They are onsite creating a piling mat for the next couple of weeks.

The piling should be starting at the end of March for the tower.

Just found it

The building had an increase in height was granted in Dec 2016
New height will be 87.645 meters this is up to the 25th floor but not roof height, so it will be up to 90meters

Here is the link
Look into document s and the east and west elevations got images with tower height
