Quite a tall build! Don't remember this proposal being over 70m. It doesn't look too bad either, in my opinion.

If you look in the DAS, the building will be predominantly clad in brick with a metal "core", which could end up looking quite nice. This isn't render, which the images actually make it look like. The windows are also a good size and I like the architecture.

The image on page 19 in particular looks good.

Why can't this just be used for what it was built for, i.e a station? Especially as the Metro to link up that area.

I quite like that (but I'd still prefer the pub back).

Sigh, I dont mind student developments, as long as you build UP.

Too much valuable space that offices could use is being taken up by low density, low space student accomodation.

Looks like a massive chunk of land might be coming up in the city centre in the not-too-distant future - new super prison planned for Port Talbot.
