You cannot have an open door policy

You cannot give even more in aid abroad when people in the UK are using food banks

You cannot negotiate with Isis

You cannot get rid of our armed forces when the world is in the state it is

Corbyn would out put the final nail into the coffin of the UK

I totally agree! I think many of his supporters are as diluded and naive as those who supported Trump, just for different reasons.

I jested earlier about leaving this country, but it was the fucking mess that these socialist idiots created the 1970s that prompted my family to head overseas when I was a young lad. I'm fortunate, in so far as that I have some highly-sort-after skills and more than 1 passport. I can leave if I want to! How many people can't leave and will be left in the economic chaos that Brexit and a Corbyn government would bring?

Regardless of that, I will never vote for a man who even hesitates (nevermind about refusing) to condemn the IRA. Irrespective of your views on a unified Ireland, how could anyone have sympathy for those who plant bombs near schools and hospitals? Not to mention the murder of unarmed police officers and soldiers. Corbyn is not fit to be Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Correct... Corbyn is a fool and a liar. He won't win anyway

wealthy enough to contribute 70p of every £100 we earn????

I agree that does not sound like very much!

GNI for the UK (Gross National Income) is $2,800,000,000,000 or £2,150,000,000,000 (£2.15tr)
0.7% of this is 15,000,000,000 (£15Bn)

or £250 for every man women and child in the country.

Hang on that's a large chunk of many people's income??

The UK GNI figure are huge because its mainly made up of the UK GPD figure, oh and 13% of that is made up of 'Imputed Rent' Figures.
They assume everyone in the UK is renting their house, even if you own it and calculate how much rent you would pay yourself
(I didn't realise I earned so much)

The made world of economics, built on ponzi asset inflation.

The UK: 5th biggest economy in the world and you can barley afford to buy a drink outside the UK in half the other countries of the world.

I find these sort of comments to be annoying because, and there's no nice way of putting this, they are idiotic.

I would have thought it would have been obvious to anyone paying even cursory attention to the news over recent years that events in the Middle East and Africa (at least) have a direct effect on us in Europe. I at least am convinced that the Syrian refugee crisis was a significant contributing factor to Brexit.

The world has never been more connected than it is now, hundreds of millions of kids in Africa and Asia now have enough education and money to get on a bus to the southern fringes of Europe. If we don't assist their countries to work towards rapid economic development then there is going to be no way we can prevent millions of them entering Europe.

Now personally I would be quite comfortable with a reasonable increase in immigration, but I bet a lot of you wouldn't be.

Comments like this... and there is no nice way of saying this, are moronic

We cannot carry the burden of the worlds problems and throw money at it, including all the charity work that also throws millions at the problem and the problem still exists.

I think we take enough people through immigration thank you !

What is reasonable? Do you realise that 200,000 people move to London, from abroad, to live there every year?

Dont be surprised if he does. He has gained a huge amount of support since the Labour manifesto has been released.

Well Labour will always be supported the most on social media, purely because of how much younger Labour's supporters are than the Tories' supporters. I understand the social media bias.

However living in Bristol at the moment, everywhere you go, the city literally smells of Labour because people talk about it so much. (Far, far more than the last election). Its not hard to see that he has increased in popularity here, even in the richer northern areas of the city. I'd imagine its a similar story in a lot of other studentified cities.

Not a particularly good thing, as a Plaid supporter I am neutral.

:o
That's another reason not to vote for them!

Did you see Corbyn get grumpy on the Women's Hours interview. Sighing and breathing heavily and getting very "old man" annoyed, he could have phoned a friend if he needed help.

Diane its Jeremy here; do you have the figures we made up on child care?
