The Crawshay Court site was granted permission in July last year subject to a S106 agreement being signed - which so far it has not. Hopefully we might see some progress on it later this year/early 2022.

I think with the various developments running along the Taff in this area is going to look quite good in few years and give this part of the city some much needed volume and density.

That's something that Cardiff really lacks, the volume and density that other cities have. I know I've spent a good 30 years outside of Wales, but Cardiff feels a lot more like a big town to me. It would be something if we had just half of Glasgow's Merchant City!
