I'm perhaps using the term "they" rather broadly. But you get my point, the bay could have been done a hell of a lot better and we missed quite a few opportunites.

Always thought the views of fire escapes on James street were unsightly.

Great to have forward facing building when driving in and out of the bay.

And yet a big shame that plans to cover up the brand new mural come along as soon as it's been unveiled. Hopefully this won't get started immediately and the mural gets some time to be seen by the residents of Cardiff.

Presumably the one that used to have an entrance on High Street, opposite Zizzi.
