Would you agree with this top 12

As much as I dislike Ty Pont Haern, it is not going to be knocked down. The best we can hope for is that it is hidden behind better quality buildings built on the empty car parks. However I think that this site is more likely to be used for a series of mid-rise 12-15 storey buildings similat to Capital Quarter.

The most likely site for a 150m tall tower is the Rapports/Motorpoint site and/or Central Quay.

A fair point about TPH.It might no look too bad set amongst other buildings.

Like many on here, I disliked Zenith when it was completed but it looks okay as a backdrop tothe new buildings on John Street.
