That's a big building, much better design than the interchange tower as well.

There seem to be a lot of apartments with Guildford Crescent, Charles St, The Interchange and Plot 5, are these all viable?

Will Cardiff, at last get a 30 story building. Hopefully, this is not another needle and John St tower let down

It does a pretty good job of hiding the Media Wales building and Stadium Plaza - so it hs that going for it!

Looks like space for another building also between media Wales and hmrc. However I would Have liked one building filling this space or even media Wales replaced.

Not to mention the Brains Brewery Site redevelopment and the Dumballs Rd sites. That's a lot of new apartments.

The map showing "plot 5b" does seem to suggest the possibility of demolishing the Media Wales building and replacing it with something bigger.

I can't help but think that this building would have been better placed on the site of No.1 Central Square (the first building constructed on the site), where the proposals for the 'Glass Needle' scheme were presented.
