Hahaha what a liar. You have the highest post count, per day, on this forum and on CCMB

http://www.ccmb.co.uk/fudforum/index.ph ... &rid=16693

In your previous incarnations on CCMB - you've deleted both accounts - you also had the highest post count per day.

Under the guises of Feedback, Feedback's back, Zombie Apocalypse, Duncan McKokiner and numerous other usernames, you've posted around 60,000 messages on CCMB over an eight year period.

That's around twenty a day.

And you've riled at least a hundred times as many people as I've managed to do on this thread.

So your claim that you have nothing to say is, to quote you, "a load of bollocks".

Maybe you should work on developing your narrative.

I, on the other hand, post about once a week on either this board or CCMB.

There's a blog about Welsh politics called "Miserable Old Fart."

I think that there's a gap in the market for a new blog, maybe from a centre-right libertarian perspective?

Picking a name out of the air, maybe "Coked-up Ramblings of a Narcissistic Troll" would fit your oeuvre?

Then you'd be able to talk directly to your audience.

You'd probably be a huge success!

There's no space for your verbal taunting here. What you've done is turned a thread intended to be about Central Square into a politicised argument with people that are on this thread not to speak politics, but to speak about development. You may have your views on this development and everybody is entitled to their own opinion, however people were not disagreeing with you based on their political stance. You came into this thread and immediately started verbally abusing people telling them that what they think is wrong. We are here to discuss, not to blame. That is why you do not belong on this forum. If you want to talk politics join a politically orientated forum.

I don't think a ban is the answer, censorship never is and we should respect all views no matter how we don't agree with them.

What I disagree with is the ad hominem attacks which, if we get past that, points to a lack of conviction in the arguments being presented.

Anyway, the BBC developing central square is a transfer of BBC licence payers monet from the UK to Wales. I thought plaid would be happy with that.

Looking at your post history, Mr Blue Sky, you have done nothing but argue against everything anyone says on here. You come across as highly anti-development anyway, so I fail to see what you're even on this forum for. If you're here to defend green space, and add some sanity to this group of "skyscraper nerds", then fine, you are allowed your opinion. But you put your opinion across sarcastically and provocatively, and you do nothing for the good of the forum. Opposing opinions are great. Insults and sarcasm are not.

Well these things flare up from time to time on this forum - regretfully :| . My main problem here is that postings on this thread now have little or nothing to do with Central Square. So I'm not looking to start banning forum members, but please start a new thread to continue this 'conversation/argument' and then people who are not interested in it can avoid it - That where I stand on the issue, have a nice day!! ;)

Now where were we aaahh Central Square..... that No2 building looks it'll be quite substantial and seems a little under the radar as all the interest surrounds the new BBC devlopment.

Which is the number 2 development? Is it the one sandwiched between 1 and the BBC?

It does look like it will add some bulk. Saying that, I was walking down St Mary Street the other day and noticed that No1, even though it's only half finished, is already quite imposing. The buildings in this development are not that tall but their design makes them seem vast, which I like. Walking out of Central Station is going to be a surreal experience when it's all finished!

Now I'm just waiting for the news that confirms the lovely buildings that nicksocrates posted a while ago are the chosen design for the transport hub. ;)
Wishful thinking? Maybe so but they do use that design on their website. Don't know why they would publicise it if it wasn't at least partially representative.

I've had a good look at the http://www.centralsquare cardiff.Co.uk website and it says it expects to finish the whole development by December 2019. From Cardiff's perspective that would be impressive

That would be impressive, they just need the tenants to come forward (obviously).

I think the next six months will be key. To date there's just one confirmed with Blake Morgan and that leaves a shit load of space in Number 1 to fill alone (by Cardiff's standards anyway). But then there's been a fair amount of rumour about this government department bringing over 1,000 jobs to he city, Deloitte need a new office at some point and there's potentially some PWC jobs on the radar and all the usual suspects that are rumoured to be considering leaving their current accomodation. You'd think between now and the end of the year that there'd be a decision or two by some of these companies.
