Merchant Place

the only thing I'd say is it would be a shame to see the ground floor not used as something publically accessible to acitivate that level - a shop, restaurant, gallery or whatever.

I always hoped Merchant Place would be a hotel but hey this is better than nothing!

There's going to be some retail on the ground floor according to the Walesonline article referenced a little bit further up the thread.
