Oil spillage after Cardiff city centre bus crash
File photograph of the the top end of Cathedral Road in Cardiff
One of the main traffic arteries into Cardiff had to be closed in both directions this morning after a bus collided with a concrete bollard, spilling oil onto the road.
The incident happened on Cathedral Road at around 10am between the busy A4161 Cowbridge Road East and Pontcanna Street, near the Abbey Hotel.
South Wales Police attended the scene and used three bags of sand to soak up the spillage, before the reopening the road an hour later. Are they having a laugh! File photo!! only about 1/2 mile and hundred years out
Maybe it crashed into a tram. 3 bags of sand!
I suppose there is no one in the Office this time of year and the boy it let write this stuff.
Still nice photo.
