Yes we did discuss development issues but by and large most appreciated we had lives to lead and being a lobby group was never going to happen as it took up far too much time (plus there was a lot of apathy from other forum members).
It doesn't matter, it was never an inner circle, there are plenty of posters from that time who never came along.
If I may be so bold as to say you often make valid points even if I do disagree with them but you do have a very confrontational style. There is no need for it.
My final point is your thinly veiled swipes at Cambo dai are pathetic. He is free to speak his mind and does so with reasoned analysis devoid of emotion or hyperbole. Your words indicate you would like to cite him in articles as if to discredit him or harm him in some way in the future. You write for daily Wales which is to be comended as you're getting out there but try and appreciate not everyone shares your view.
You're a plaid supporter - have you thought that you may put off floating voters with your style and thus do your cause more harm than good?
You are the most confrontational person on the internet in the Cardiff area. Witness the spats you've had on here and on CCMB - far too numerous to attempt counting. I guess that I've had a clear view of Cardiff Council, and how the Labour group operate, for so long that I'm very cynical about their motives.
When you are involved in politics it can be difficult to communicate a realistic image of what it is actual like to people who stand outside the sphere.
If the new bus station gets built - great. If it doesn't, then we can revisit this later.
I haven't caught a bus or train for years and have no intention of doing so, so I have no personal axe to grind.
There's a deeper political drama being played out over this whole BBC saga. Think about what Miliband has said over the past week, and understand that politics is as much about factions as it is about political parties.
And no, I am not Nigel Farage. I think that since Daily Wales launched that Plaid has become more popular, and Leanne has done well too. I doubt that I have put off many floating voters at all, only a few people on this board, maybe.
I don't share the blind faith of others that the council will replace the bus station but if they do then we can all celebrate.
